Terry Antoniuk, the principal of Salmo Consulting Inc., has over thirty-eight years experience with environmental programs, project planning and management, and public involvement. He spent thirteen years as an environmental coordinator and advisor in the energy industry and worked on environmental and social topics across Canada. Terry established Salmo Consulting Inc. in 1992 and has since applied his technical, corporate, and regulatory experience for industry, government, and resource management, aboriginal, and advocacy groups, primarily in western and northern Canada.

Terry has particular specialties in cumulative effects assessment and management, caribou management, and aquatic ecology. He frequently works with multidisciplinary teams and diverse groups of stakeholders. Where appropriate, Salmo Consulting Inc. can also provide clients with one-window access to other environmental, socio-economic, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, GIS, and regulatory/policy expertise through working relationships with qualified specialists.
